In High Temperature(¡390K), the Physical Properties of TSC Peaks of Li^(+) Implanted Polyethyleneterephthalate (mylar) Film

Abstract
Thermally stimulated current(TSC) phenomena which are implanted with Li¢¥ ion into mylar film yield two peaks(all negative) above room temperature. The peaks structure were found to be "dependent on ion implanting time and substrate temperature. Li¢¥ ion implanted sample at room temperature does not significantly change the amplitude and polarity of the peak but shift the position of the first peak above room temperature to higher temperature; Li` ion implanted sample at 330?90 K leads to a gradual amplitude increase of the first peak from negative to positive(polarity exchanging), the second peak does not shift but decrease amplitude.¢¥ The phenomena are discussed in terms of the time and substrate temperature of the induced vacancy, hole and ion population by the ion beam implanting.
